A lot of people don't know this about my mother, but she ran facilities in Ohio for senior citizens. I think that this is G-d rewarding her now, being in a place where she is receiving such good care.

Above and beyond everything else, the owners were very caring people.

After seeing other facilities we noticed that Scharf's Ateret Avot had much more staff. They had people to take care of the entertainment needs; they had people to take care of their religious needs, people to take care of the medical needs.

My mother very much enjoys all the children who come to visit... and the different groups that spend time with guests at Ateret Avot that the Scharfs have arranged.

My mother loves all the group sessions. She loves the discussions and she especially enjoys the singing. I didn't know what a wonderful voice she had... and how much she remembered. It was being at Scharf's Ateret Avot that brought this out.
